OpenUEM 0.2.0 version has been released for both agent and server. See the Release notes and update your agents and servers to get the new features

OpenUEM can be deployed using Docker containers hosted at Docker Hub as explained in Docs. Right now OpenUEM containers were only ready for linux/amd64 but soon linux/arm64 will be added.
